A four-day tour package that will include visits to the archaeological and historical sites in Cairo and Alexandria.

You will spend three days in Cairo, during which you will be able to visit most of the iconic sites, including the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which recently opened its doors to visitors.

This tour package includes a two-day visit to Luxor, during which you’ll visit the most important historical landmarks located on both the east and west banks of the Nile. Enjoy a visit to the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon on the West Bank in one day. On the other day, you’ll visit the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.

Itinerary

Day 1Tour to Giza Pyramids and GEM Museum

In the morning, Your tour guide will pick you from your hotel in Cairo to visit Giza pyramids highlights including.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Great Pyramids Of Giza – Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinos and explore the Valley Temple, which is the place where the Priests mummified the dead body of king Chephren, the owner of the second pyramid at Giza Plateau.

Additionally, you will be able to have a close-up look at the Sphinx, the legendary guardian that stands by the huge funeral complex with its lion body and the head of king Chephren. Following the Giza visit, the tour continues to Sakkara, which is located only 27 km southwest of Cairo.

Second visit will be to The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) is located in Giza, Egypt, and it houses archaeological artifacts from thousands of years of human civilization in Egypt. These artifacts span from the predynastic period to the Greco-Roman era (c. 3100 BCE to 400 CE), providing a comprehensive insight into Egypt’s rich history. 

The museum’s collection is sourced from various cultural institutions in Egypt, including the Egyptian Museum, which was established in 1858 and is situated in downtown Cairo. A notable highlight of the Egyptian Museum’s collection is the cache of items unearthed in the tomb of King Tutankhamun, which will be prominently showcased in the new museum. 

Occupying an impressive 120-acre (50-hectare) plot of land, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) holds the distinction of being the largest archaeological museum in the world.

After finishing the tour, You will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 2Tour to Cairo Islamic, Jewish & Coptic

In the morning, you will be met and accompanied by your tour guide to visit Cairo city tour including.

The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities

Home to the largest and most precious items of Egyptian art in the world. The museum showcases a rare collection of over 250,000 genuine artifacts dating back as far as 5000 years. One of the museum’s exclusive exhibits is dedicated to Tutankhamen, featuring a collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry that remained buried in his tomb for over 3,500 years until their discovery in 1920 during the excavation of his tomb. 

The Citadel Of Cairo.

Where you will have the opportunity to explore The Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali PashaNext, you will visit Old Cairo, also known as Christian Coptic Cairo, an important location visited by the Holy Family, where their brief presence left a strong spiritual impact. 

The area is significant as it is believed to be where the Governor of Fustat sought to harm Jesus as a child, prompting the Holy Family to seek shelter in a cave. In this district, you can also visit and enter the Church of Abu-Sergah and St. Barbara, the hanging church, and the old Jewish synagogue – Ben Ezra Synagogue. 

Lastly, after a day of exploration, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 3Visit Luxor West Bank Day Tour

In the morning. Your  tour guide will be pick you up from your hotel to start your tour and We will head to the first stop in our tour

Valley of the kings

There is the Valley of the Kings, which was the final residence of the great kings who were buried with their valuables, which were unfortunately stolen in successive eras.

The royal tombs still contained many secrets and writings that accompanied the pharaoh on his last journey to the underworld to be sanctified after his death.

The tombs of the Valley of the Kings were decorated with amazing writings and drawings in colors that are still in very good condition.

It contained many rooms that were designated for storing things and tools that the pharaoh would need in eternal life, as well as the burial chamber that was designated for the coffin and mummy of the pharaoh.

Hatshepsut Temple

The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut is located on the outskirts of the Green Valley, behind which lies the Western Desert. The temple was built in the heart of the mountain and consists of three floors, each floor representing a period of Queen Hatshepsut’s rule over Egypt.

The temple was built on the ruins of the temple of King Mentuhotep II the Great, who united the northern and southern parts of the Egyptian kingdom under the rule of one pharaoh.

Current excavations are still revealing many beautiful monuments and tombs, as well as the famous cache found next to this temple, which contained many mummies of the pharaohs of the eighteenth and nineteenth dynasties. This cache was found by the Abdul Rasoul family, famous for excavating antiquities.

Colossi of Memnon

You will meet the famous two huge statues for the pharaoh Amenhotep III in the way to the Valley of the kings. 

In this area, there was a great temple belong to this great pharaoh but unfortunately was destroyed because of an earthquake took place in Egypt. A very nice place to take amazing and memorable photos.

After finishing your day tour, You will be transferred back to your hor hotel in Luxor.

Day 4Visit Luxor East Bank Day Tour

Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor by our air-conditioned private car to visit the Est Bank highlights including.

The Temple of Karnak

This temple is considered as the biggest temple in the planet as it was built over 245 acres and many of the Egyptian Pharaohs shared their love to the triangle gods Amun with his wife Mut and their son Khonsu bu building their shrines and pylons there.

Huge amount of information that you will hear from your tour guide and so many interesting stories about the legends of this temple. 

The Temple of Luxor is our last stop

This temple was mainly used for the new pharaohs have been crowned and to proved their right to be the legal king of the kingdom. Many kings built their own shrines in this temple such as Tutankhamun. Luxor temple at night is very charming especially during the sunset and highly recommended to visit during this time of the day.

After finishing your day tour, You will be transferred back to your hor hotel in Luxor.
